At that time the company worked with many investors in the rehabilitation of bank-owned homes doing neighborhood restoration. Through this experience, the company moved forward. With the goal in mind to help future home buyers avoid the pitfalls that took so many people to the end of their financial rope. So as the country pulled from the recession we moved to help home buyers and sellers recover.
With the worst recession in decades behind us. We have focused on helping home buyers and sellers better understand the real estate market. By helping others become financially stable through smart real estate investments and first time home purchases. By informing customers about the need to secure their financial freedom, and do not count on employers for their retirement, all the while not over-leveraging one’s own assets. Through this education, we have been able to help many clients achieve dreams they never thought possible.

About the managing Broker
Abraham is the managing broker and with a degree in economics, it was a natural choice to find real estate a passion. His expertise and extensive knowledge of real estate financials is a good sound reason for helping guild clients to smart and savvy buying and selling technics. While growing up in a small town in Oregon he helped his family, improve and manage SRF rentals, giving him and good firsthand experience in dealing with and handling common issues in real estate. Abraham is also an active day trader where he uses the skills of understanding charts and economics. After moving to San Diego for school many years ago, he is still here and understands many of the changings neighborhoods in San Diego County. When he has free time, he enjoys motocross, mountain biking, snowboarding, playing basketball, and racing a nostalgic front engine dragster at Barona Drag Strip. He likes to read and stay current on books and stories relating to technology and business. Spending time with friends and family rounds out the managing broker.
Since Abraham first started in real estate, he has taken pride in being the most knowledgeable agent when it comes to properties for sale and sold, the area’s trends & neighborhoods, as well as the current real estate market conditions.
